Riso 退換貨規則範例


  1. 退換貨申請期限
    • 消費者可於收到商品之日起 7 日內(包含例假日),依據《消費者保護法》享有商品退貨權益,且不需提供任何理由。
    • 超過 7 日的退貨申請將無法受理,敬請見諒。
  2. 退換貨條件
    • 退回商品必須全新未使用且保持完整的包裝,包括配件、贈品、保證書、發票等所有附屬物品。
    • 如商品經過使用、洗滌、摔損或任何人為損壞,將不受理退換貨。
    • 特殊商品(如定制商品等)不適用 7 天猶豫期,根據法律規定恕不接受退換貨。
    • 若商品有瑕疵或損壞,請於開箱時錄影並保存影片作為證據,依據包裹貼附的開封提醒進行操作。
  3. 退換貨程序
    • 請於退換貨期限內,聯繫 Riso 客服(info@therisostore.com),並提供訂單號碼、退換貨原因及相關商品照片以加快處理程序。
    • 經 Riso 確認退貨申請後,我們將提供退貨地址及告知如何辦理退貨。
  4. 運費規則
    • 若退換貨原因為商品瑕疵、錯誤發貨,Riso 將負擔來回運費。
    • 若因個人因素(如不喜歡、尺寸不合等)申請退換貨,來回運費將由消費者自行負擔。
  5. 退款方式
    • 我們會於收到並檢查退回商品後的 14 個工作日內處理退款。
    • 退款將依支付方式退回至原付款帳戶,退款時間依各銀行作業時間而定。
  6. 訂單變更
    • 下訂後,訂單中的顏色、形式等無法更改。 請確認所有細節後再下訂。
  7. 商品檢驗
    • 退回商品經檢查後,如不符合退換貨條件,Riso 有權拒絕辦理退換貨,並將商品寄回至消費者。

Riso Return & Exchange Policy


  1. Return & Exchange Application Period
    • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days (including holidays) from the date of receipt, as per the Consumer Protection Act, and no reason is required.
    • Requests for returns or exchanges after the 7-day period will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  2. Return & Exchange Conditions
    • The returned product must be brand new and unused, with complete packaging, including all accessories, gifts, warranties, invoices, and any other included items.
    • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or otherwise affected by human actions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    • Custom-made products or other special items are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period and, in accordance with the law, are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • If the product has any defects or damage, please record a video while unboxing and retain the video as evidence, following the instructions provided on the packaging.
  3. Return & Exchange Procedure
    • Please contact Riso Customer Service (info@therisostore.com) within the return/exchange period, providing your order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant photos of the product to expedite the process.
    • Once your return request is confirmed by Riso, we will provide the return address and instructions for returning the product.
  4. Shipping Costs
    • If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or incorrect delivery, Riso will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size), the customer will be responsible for both the return and reshipping costs.
  5. Refund Process
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
    • The refund will be returned to the original payment account, and processing times may vary depending on the bank's procedures.
  6. Order Modifications
    • Once an order is placed, the color, style, or other details of the order cannot be changed. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
  7. Product Inspection
    • If the returned product does not meet the return or exchange conditions, Riso reserves the right to reject the request, and the product will be returned to the customer.
